Light the end of the bundle with a lighter, matches or by placing into a candle flame.
The bundle will catch alight and burn briefly, producing a lot of smoke.
Carefully wave the smoke around your body or space to reset and remove negative energy.
Never leave a burning sage bundle unattended. Catch any embers with a fireproof dish if moving around your space. Once finished, leave bundle in a safe place, such as a cauldron, to cool.
