Soap Cult Australia offers both regular and express shipping at a flat rate, meaning there are no nasty surprises at checkout or penalties for rural customers. Our shipping days are Monday, Tuesday and Saturday.
- Regular shipping is $10.95 flat rate
- Express shipping is $14.50 flat rate
- Get free regular shipping on all orders of $120
We're also reintroducing Sendle as an option at checkout. If you're in an eligible area, you can choose to use Sendle and generally save a little on shipping. Just remember, Sendle is a courier service that is generally slower, cannot deliver to PO Boxes and rural customers will experience delivery delays.
Shipping with Soap Cult Australia is carbon neutral and includes samples and other personalised goodies with each order.

Returns
Our returns policy is straightforward.
If you're not completely satisfied with a product that you purchased from Soap Cult Australia, we want to resolve the problem for you quickly. No questions asked.
If you're unhappy with a product, you can return it to us for a full refund or an exchange within 30 days of purchases at in-person events or 30 days from the delivery date of online orders.
Please note shipping costs are non-refundable unless your order is incorrect, damaged in transit or defective in another way. We will cover the shipping costs in that instance.
