We're open and continuing to receive orders during this time. Luckily, being a soap maker, we're already used to being very clean and following good manufacturing processes so making and shipping products hasn't changed that much for us.
We manufacture our products and dispatch orders in a sanitised, dedicated soap studio and will continue to follow all health recommendations local and federal government makes.
During this time, freight has been drastically impacted so please allow extra time to receive your order.

We're experiencing delivery delays in most destinations due to reduced capacity, limited flights and increased parcel volumes.
We use Sendle where possible for local deliveries as we've found them to be faster for same city orders, depending on the order size. For their latest updates, please refer here.
Australia Post have advised customers to allow an extra 3 days processing time on top of the already delayed delivery times due to the massive increase in online shopping during Stage 4 Lockdown.
